All ladies of the congregation are invited to our annual Ladies’ Luncheon. This year we look forward to listening to a speaker from Safehome, an organization that provides support for survivors of domestic abuse. Please sign up at the information center at each campus by April 28. You may choose from two different soups offered, carrot and Italian wedding soup. We will have an ingathering for Safehome.
Join us before worship for a light middle-eastern style buffet starting an hour before each service as we remember the Passover meal celebrated by Jesus and His disciples and by all of Judaism since the Exodus. Following the buffet, we gather for a solemn service commemorating the Last Supper. Communion is celebrated, the altar is stripped, and a hand-washing ceremony takes place to remember the servant nature of our Savior.
The LWML Ruth Circle will again be selling their ever popular Chocolate Easter Suckers on Palm Sunday, April 14. Large suckers are $1.00 and small suckers are $.75. All proceeds go toward purchasing gifts for the MLM Christmas Store. Bring cash, no plastic eggs or plastic money accepted!
