A Year with Trinity

For the past 365 days I have served with Trinity Lutheran Church of Shawnee and Mission, Kansas. On October 7, 2018, I was installed as the Youth Family Minister. Here are a few pictures of my first year. I love talking about youth ministry at Trinity. These pictures show just a small snapshot of everything happening. Together we are discovering what it looks like to be part of a “Community Following Jesus,” and I am excited to be a part of it! A few weeks ago, the high school students chose the following verse to be our theme for the 2019-2020 school year: “Don’t let anyone look down on you because you are young, but set an example for the believers in speech, in conduct, in love, in faith and in purity.” (1 Timothy 4:12). May God continue to bless us as we endeavor to serve Him and His people.
