The Call Committee for our Pastor of Discipleship position met on January 14 to assess the profiles of fourteen pastoral candidates, as compared to the requirements of the position and Trinity’s practices. The committee reduced the list to seven candidates that will be contacted for an interview. In addition, our district president notified us of another candidate and the committee decided to request profile information for him. Our next step is to prepare to conduct an initial interview with each candidate to gather additional information for our candidate assessment process.
