One in four children in Johnson County struggle with hunger. On October 15, Christ Church is partnering with local businesses and churches to package up to 20,000 delicious and nutritious meals for children in Overland Park and Mission who are unsure where their next meal is coming from. This event will be taking place at the Sylvester Powell, Jr. Community Center in Mission.
Trinity has been asked to participate in this event. Here is how you can help:
- Volunteer: Simply text 51555 and type “FeedKC” in the message line
- Contribute: Text 71777 now and type “FeedKC” in the message line
- Be a Generosity Feeds Connector: Get five people to volunteer on October 15 by having them register for the event.
