Demitry, the son of Kerry and Sonia Barker, graduated from Shawnee Mission West High School after the fall semester and is attending Missouri Welding Institute in Nevada, Missouri. Demitry has been involved in Sunday School, VBS, Youth Group, LVR, Mission Trips, and a variety of service projects at Trinity. While we are excited for him as he enters a new chapter in his life, his presence and leadership will be missed! Join us in praying for him and his family during this transition period in their lives.

Lord, make Demitry to be an instrument of your peace.
Where there is hatred, let him sow love.
Where there is in injury, pardon.
Where there is doubt, faith.
Where there is despair, hope.
Where there is darkness, light.
Where there is sadness, joy.
O Divine Master,
grant that he and we may not so much seek to be consoled as to console, to be understood as to understand, to be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.
