I have loved every trip to LVR and have been able to grow my relationship with Jesus. It’s such a great experience spending the entire week with amazing people and the Lord.”  ~Emma

“Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be frightened, and do not be dismayed, for the Lord your God is with you wherever you go.” ~Joshua 1:9

“For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith-and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God.”
Ephesians 2:8

“Luke, we are so proud of the man you’ve become! Continue to seek God in all that you do!”

“For the Lord gives wisdom; from his mouth come knowledge and understanding. He holds success in store for the upright, he is a shield to those whose walk is blameless.”

Prayers and Blessing upon the Graduates

Lord, make these graduates to be instruments of your peace.
Where there is hatred, let them sow love.
Where there is in injury, pardon.
Where there is doubt, faith.
Where there is despair, hope.
Where there is darkness, light.
Where there is sadness, joy.

O Divine Master,
grant that they and we may not so much seek to be consoled as to console,
to be understood as to understand, to be loved as to love.

For it is in giving that we receive,
it is in pardoning that we are pardoned,
and it is in dying that we are born to eternal life.

May God bless you with discomfort at easy answers, half-truths, and superficial relationships so that you may live deep within your heart.

May God bless you with anger at injustice, oppression and exploitation of people, so that you may wish for justice, freedom and peace.

May God bless you with enough foolishness to believe that you can make a difference in this world, so that you can do what others claim cannot be done. Amen.

Congratulations class of 2023, God’s continued blessings!
