The Guatemala Mission Team is gearing up for the trip in July where we’ll be adding onto a home for a family desperately in need. We continue to ask for your prayers and donations of things we can take along that will have an impact on people’s lives there. Items needed include:
- Gently used button-up or zip-up women’s sweaters
- Women’s shoes (flats, size 6 1/2 or smaller, but not athletic type shoes)
- Children’s shoes of all styles and sizes
- Tarps from Harbor Freight (size 5’6” x 7’6” usually $2.99)
- Over-the-counter cough, cold, and pain medication for adults and children (such as generic ibuprofen and acetaminophen)
- Pre-natal vitamins
- Large used suitcases for us to transport all our donations (at least 26” tall by 18” wide) which we then donate to people who can use them
There are collection boxes at both church campuses. We give thanks from our hearts for all your help in supporting the upcoming mission trip.
