Due to the shortage of masks available for first responders, Johnson County Emergency Management is looking for volunteers to help sew masks. If anyone is willing to help, here is some additional information.

We have been contacted by various volunteer groups desiring to make cloth masks. The following is guidance that can be given to volunteer groups reference producing cloth masks. We will begin accepting donated cloth masks at the Johnson County Administration Building, 111 S. Cherry, Olathe, KS, 66061. All donations would need to be dropped off in Room 201 of the Administration Building during business hours, Monday-Friday, 8am to 4pm. There are EOC employees there ready to receive donated masks.
