Participants
This event is for high school students only, incoming freshmen through graduating seniors.
Church groups from Kansas City and Topeka areas will travel to Colorado. The congregations include Beautiful Savior (Lee’s Summit), Calvary (KCMO), Christ (Topeka), Hope (Shawnee), Lord of Life (Leawood), Prince of Peace (Topeka), Redeemer (Olathe), St. Matthew (Lee’s Summit) and Trinity (Shawnee/Mission).
Orientation
There will be an orientation meeting for all parents and students. If you are unable to attend, please contact your DCE.

The Camp
Lutheran Valley Retreat (LVR) is 50 miles west of Colorado Springs and is surrounded by Pike National Forest. The beautiful rolling, heavily wooded 240 acres are located at an average elevation of 8600 feet in the Colorado Rockies.
While at LVR, campers will experience Bible study, relationship building, theme discussion, individual and team building elements, hiking, sightseeing, sports, worship, rappelling and climbing during our time together.
Registration Details
LVR registration is online. The registration form is a four-page form that begins with the Medical Consent Form. Your registration is complete when your forms have been submitted online, and your deposit has been turned in to your church leader. Online, you will be filling out a Health Form, Liability Waiver, LVR T.I.P. Form, and the Covenant Agreement. All forms must be submitted online by March 15.
