Beginning in July we are starting a new initiative called: “Mercy Mission” to support the Mission Community Food Pantry. Each month there will be a list of priority needs for the pantry. Congregation members are invited to participate in the mercy ministry of the pantry by making donations of that month’s specific needs. It can be as simple as donating a single bar of soap, a can of food, or a bottle of shampoo one time.
For the month of July, the priority needs are hygiene items:
- toilet paper
- paper towels
- Kleenex
- bars of soap
- toothpaste/toothbrush
- shampoo/conditioner
- Plastic grocery bags
Please make sure any donated items are new, unused items. Donations can be placed in the blue barrels at either campus.
