Children and Youth Ministry

We are “Shaking” things up this summer with our Shake It Up Café Family Bible Study event. The event focuses on faith conversations in the home, and we have a variety of NEW resources to help our families engage in fun, meaningful experiences.

NEW For Parents – You will receive the book entitled, “The Spiritually Vibrant Home: The Power of Messy Prayers, Loud Tables, and Open Doors”. A great summer read you can take to the pool, beach, or other activities. Learn practical steps for nurturing a vibrant household of faith, no matter what stage of life you are in. God wants to work in and through your household.

NEW For Families – Several options to engage your families in conversation and connection

1. Shake It Up Café Recipes – Simple, easy-to-make/bake recipes that connect with a Bible passage. Families can enjoy something to eat as they talk about God’s Word and how it applies to their everyday life.

2. Rewind. Be Kind – A “Team Family” resource from Group to help families spend quality time together, laugh together, and discover true joy with Jesus. Included are a devotional book, connect cards, parent encouragement, and Make-A-Masterpiece craft.

3. On the Go Devotion Experiences – Going to the zoo, beach, or other fun places. These cards offer a short devotion to connect your experience with your faith and see the awe and wonder of God’s creation

4. Youth Devotions – Devotions tailored for middle and high school youth and families to connect and converse in meaningful conversation. Short, simple ways to explore how God is at work in your life and how to apply His Word to your daily living.
