We’ve reached another major milestone in the development and expansion of the Shawnee campus. In April, our development team met with two architectural firms to hear their proposals towards developing a master plan for the future of the Shawnee campus. After hearing those proposals, we selected SFS Architecture to complete this master plan. SFS was the firm that did the original design work for the first phase of the Shawnee campus. With the selection of SFS, we look forward to continuing the same high caliber of creativity and thoughtful design as we have previously experienced. As we move into June, various teams from the Shawnee campus will be meeting with representatives from SFS to assess ministry activities, and the kinds of spaces needed to support that ministry. This will lead to a final concept design and an initial cost estimate. This is an exciting time as we dream about what ministry might look like and bring some definition to those dreams! As we move forward into this phase, we would ask that you continue to pray that the vision for ministry God has for us would continue to become clear to us. More than that, please pray that people would be touched by the love of Jesus through the ministry of Trinity. Things are growing. Things are changing. It is exciting to see the work that God is doing at Trinity!
