We are all walking through a stressful season as parents, educators, students, and families. As students enter middle and high school it can be harder to know what exactly is causing them stress or to feel overwhelmed.  Some teenagers may not know how to express their feelings to adults, they may feel like their stresses are not as important, or they might not feel comfortable talking to an adult. 

This article shares what a teenage girl, and many of her peers, are feeling stress over.  It also gives good encouragement and extra resources for parents who want to build good conversations with their middle and high school students.
