What’s Coming Up?
There will be NO Sunday School on August 8, 15, 22, 29 and September 5.
BACKPACK BLESSING
Backpack Blessing is Sunday, August 15, in our 8:30 & 11:00am worship services at both the Mission and Shawnee campuses.
We will ask the children to come forward for the in-person Children’s Message. At the end of the message, they will be given their backpack tag and asked to go back to their seats. At that time we will ask all students in preschool through college and their parents to stand. We will also include any teachers or school staff present. We will then pray a special blessing over ALL standing — students, parents, teachers, and staff.
FALL SUNDAY SCHOOL KICKOFF
Sunday, September 12, Both Campuses
9:45 – 10:45 (or longer if we are not ready to end the fun)
Inflatables, games, food, fellowship and fun is planned. Hope to see you there
