As Kansas begins opening up, we want to offer you an exciting way to experience worship with the body of Christ while still staying safe. A Worship Watch Party is a group of people (family, friends, perhaps even a neighbor) who gather together as they worship online. New groups are forming all the time.
A few things to keep in mind if you choose to host a watch party:
- Only gather with as many people as you feel comfortable with. Even gathering with only one or two others can greatly enhance your experience of the body of Christ.
- Please observe best hygiene practices: have guests wash their hands, encourage everyone to wear a mask, socially distance as best as your space allows.
- Consider hosting it outside, in your garage or backyard. Outdoor spaces are much safer than indoors, and spring is a great time to be outdoors.
