Every other year the high school youth takes goes on a mission trip. The mission trip is centered around volunteering in the local community and gathering for fellowship and devotions. It is an incredible experience for high schoolers, and the parent volunteers! The mission trip will take place from July 26th to the 31st on the Lake Traverse Reservation in South Dakota. Lutheran Valley Retreat
Colorado
Lutheran Valley Retreat is a summer camp in Pike National Forest in Colorado. During the camp, campers will experience Bible study, relationship building, theme discussion, individual and team building elements, hiking, sightseeing, sports, worship, rappelling and climbing. We think this is a great experience for all high school youth to experience at least once during their high school career! It is a great way to explore your faith, meet new friends across the district, and explore the great outdoors. We plan on attending LVR May 31 – June 5th this year.
