Lenten Worship Schedule 2026
We embark on another Lenten season of repentance as we journey to the cross. See the schedule and themes for this season.
Lenten Devotionals
As we enter the holy season of Lent, we step into a sacred time of reflection, renewal, and preparation. These forty days invite us to slow down, return to the Lord, and walk with Christ toward the glory of Easter morning. To support our congregation in this meaningful journey, Trinity is pleased to offer a selection of Lenten devotionals for individuals, families, and children.
Message from the Executive Committee
During the January 25, 2026, Congregational Assembly we said we would summarize in the eNews the Executive Committee’s part of the presentation. Topics covered at the Assembly included the overall state of the church, church finances, staffing, and service/volunteerism. This week, we begin with the state of the church, finances, and staffing.

“Glory to the God who Bleeds” Sermon Series
What a profound and joyful mystery it is that Jesus would shed his blood for us! This series will guide us from the Gospel of John as we meditate on who Jesus is and what He has come to do for us in His life, ministry, death, and resurrection. We will be moved each week to give glory and praise to God for the salvation He has won for us on the cross.

January 18 – February 8

Souper Bowl of Caring for the Pantry
Souper Bowl / Souper Bowl CampaignNearly 100 million Americans are expected to watch the Super Bowl. Many will be attending parties with abundant food, friendship, and fellowship. At the same time, nearly 1 billion people will be hungry. Please join us in remembering the hungry this Super Bowl-and bring soup or any food items for The Mission Community Food Pantry. Bring this bag to church by February 8.
Coffee and Conversation – Mission
Parents are invited to join in a NEW opportunity for conversation and connection each week starting January 18th during the Sunday School hour, 9:45-10:40am.
This opportunity provides time to share in a topical Bible study, plus time to connect and build relationships with other parents over a cup of coffee. Parents can take their children to Sunday School and then come together for conversation and connection, to build relationships with others, to support one another, and grow in Christian fellowship.
New Member Class
A new member class at Trinity (both Mission and Shawnee campuses) is being offered on Sunday evenings at 6 pm starting on February 22nd. The class will be offered in multiple ways including in-person, via Zoom, and a recording of the class can be sent if you aren’t available. The four-week class will cover a variety of topics and will be taught by Pastor Mark and Pastor Luke.
