Trinity has taken surveys in the past year on two occasions related to the importance of various ministries to the members and also the characteristics for candidates for our Senior Pastor. The results of these two surveys were very similar.
The survey about our ministries identified worship, assimilation and child/youth as three very important areas of focus. The survey about pastoral characteristics identified preaching/worship, leadership and people skills as important.
Since these surveys are very current, the call committee will be using these as primary areas when evaluating candidates for the Lead Pastor Mission Campus position. We want to offer you the opportunity to suggest other areas of ministry or personal traits that you feel should be considered.
