What do we need in a senior pastor?
Part of the call process is asking the congregation what qualities we need in our senior pastor. To accomplish, we are providing a Pastoral Characteristics form that can be accessed via two channels, as was the Pastor Nomination form. Your feedback is important to the process, so please complete and submit a form by the end of day July 2.
While hard copies of the form are available, we encourage you to complete the form electronically if at all possible as that will allow for automatic tabulation of the results.
Accessing the Form:
- Preferred Method: An electronic, fillable form is available on TrinityCloud with this link: Pastoral Characteristics Survey With this option, once you take the online survey, you are done.
- The form is also attached to this email. Fill it out electronically with Adobe Acrobat or print it and fill it out manually.
- Hardcopies are available in the foyer at both campuses.
Submitting the Form:
For options two and three, you may submit the form by:
- Placing it in one of the nomination drop boxes at each campus.
- Mailing it to the church office to the attention of Gretchen Hollman, 5601 West 62nd Street, Mission, KS 66202.
- Scanning it and emailing it to Gretchen@tlcms.org.
