Call Committee for Lead Pastor at Mission Campus
One of the biggest takeaways from the listening sessions that took place in March was a desire to change the structure of leadership at Trinity, with the idea of the three pastors’ roles being reorganized. The Executive Committee President Patti Hare, has appointed a call committee to fill the role of Lead Pastor at the Mission campus. Please keep the call committee in your prayers as they begin their work in calling the next lead pastor at Mission. We look forward to this next step in ministry as we work together as a “Community Following Jesus.”
What can your youth participate in this year?
Sunday Mornings: Vibrant Bible study opportunities for middle and high school students.
Confirmation: Students spend three years diving into God’s Word and getting to know each other.
High School Youth Group: High school students from both campuses join in games, devotions, and catching up on each other’s lives.
Groundbreaking October 15
Help us celebrate at our Shawnee campus with a Church Potluck meal and groundbreaking ceremony on October 15th as we break ground on our campus expansion! Potluck meal starts after the late service. Groundbreaking ceremony will happen around 1pm. We’ll end with cake after the ceremony. Come join us as we take this next step forward!
Church Potluck
Mark your calendars for the Mission campus church potluck on November 5th. Our All Saints observance will include a church-wide potluck at 12:15 pm in the Fellowship Hall. Bring a dish to pass and your appetite as we enjoy a variety of foods and fellowship together.

Senior Pastor Call Committee September 21 Update
The Call Committee developed a set of questions to pose to our remaining candidates in our initial interviews. In scheduling the interviews, one of the six remaining candidates asked to drop out of the process due to health issues within his family. The interviews of the remaining five candidates are scheduled for the week of September 25.
Discipleship Sermon Series
This week we begin a 7-week sermon series on what it means to be a Community Following Jesus. There are certain discipleship transitions that we strive toward making in our lives in order to be better disciples of Jesus. Join us in worship to learn more!
Senior Pastor Call Committee September 14 Update
At its September 7 meeting, the Call Committee developed a set of questions to pose to our remaining candidates in our initial interviews.
