As we journey through the season of Epiphany, we invite you to join us for a four-week sermon series called “Hope in the Wilderness.” Life often feels like a wilderness—uncertain, challenging, and full of questions. But even in the wilderness, God is present, providing hope and guidance.
Souper Bowl of Caring for the Pantry
Souper Bowl / Souper Bowl CampaignNearly 100 million Americans are expected to watch the Super Bowl. Many will be attending parties with abundant food, friendship, and fellowship. At the same time, nearly 1 billion people will be hungry. Please join us in remembering the hungry this Super Bowl-and bring soup or any food items for The Mission Community Food Pantry. Bring this bag to church by February 8.
Coffee and Conversation – Mission
Parents are invited to join in a NEW opportunity for conversation and connection each week starting January 18th during the Sunday School hour, 9:45-10:40am.
This opportunity provides time to share in a topical Bible study, plus time to connect and build relationships with other parents over a cup of coffee. Parents can take their children to Sunday School and then come together for conversation and connection, to build relationships with others, to support one another, and grow in Christian fellowship.
New Member Class
A new member class at Trinity (both Mission and Shawnee campuses) is being offered on Sunday evenings at 6 pm starting on February 22nd. The class will be offered in multiple ways including in-person, via Zoom, and a recording of the class can be sent if you aren’t available. The four-week class will cover a variety of topics and will be taught by Pastor Mark and Pastor Luke.

Congregational Meeting on January 25
Our Congregational Assembly will take place on January 25 at 1 pm on Zoom.

Collection for Guatemala Mission Trip
The Guatemala Mission Team members are heading to Panajachel and Chuchipaca February 1 to February 7 and wish to take donations for the trip. Please consider donating over-the-counter medicines. Collection boxes will be placed at both church campuses for the next several weeks. Please bring donations by January 25 to each campus.
Diaper and Wipes Collection
During the month of January, we are collecting disposable diapers and baby wipes for Two Lines Pregnancy Clinic’s “Connections” program. Two Lines assists women and families facing an unplanned pregnancy by caring for them before, during, and after the birth of their children.
Girls Gathering – Dessert and Devotion Night
January 18th from 4-6 PM we are hosting an intergenerational girls night! Ladies from middle school on up are welcome to gather in fellowship, talk about their faith, and decorate their bibles or journals. It will be a dessert potluck with refreshments provided.
Baptism Recognition
Sunday, January 11, we will celebrate with all those who were baptized in 2025. For those families who will be celebrating this milestone, please remember to bring your baptismal candle with you. We will celebrate this remembrance toward the beginning of worship in all services at both Mission and Shawnee campuses.
