In celebration of Trinity’s 85th anniversary and the 1700th anniversary of the Nicene Creed, guest organist Paul Soulek, student brass players from Concordia University Nebraska, and the Trinity Choir will lead us in a hymn festival including hymns, anthems, reflections, scripture, and prayer.
Second Grade Bible Milestone
Classes will be held Sunday, October 19, and Sunday, October 26, during the Sunday School hour from 9:45 – 10:45am.
Bible Presentation Sunday, October 26 – Parents will present the Bibles to your children in the 11am worship service.
Trinity gives each second-grade student a new Hands-On Bible as part of our milestone journey. Mark your calendars for the classes and presentation dates.

Mission Grant in Action: Supporting Missionary Kids at Concordia Mission Institute
This summer, Trinity Lutheran Church’s Missions Committee helped make a lasting impact through a grant to Concordia Mission Institute’s (CMI) Kids Camp—a vibrant and faith-filled program designed especially for missionary kids (MKs). We celebrate the ways God is working through Trinity’s mission support and thank you for being part of this ministry to missionary families around the world.
50+ Bible Study Fall Kickoff
For those who are 50 and wiser, this study is designed just for you! Join us as we begin a new season of learning and fellowship. Our first gathering will be Wednesday, September 10, at 10:15am in the Fellowship Hall at the Mission Campus.
Back-to-School Blessing Walk
Families, you’re invited to take part in a special Blessing Walk to prayerfully prepare for the new school year!

This self-guided prayer walk is designed for families of all ages and stages to do together. It takes about 10 minutes and offers a meaningful opportunity to reflect, pray, and invite God’s guidance for the year ahead.

Wives Submitting to Husbands? An Explanation of the Colossians Reading for This Weekend
As we continue our summer sermon series studying the letter of Colossians together, we arrive at a portion of Paul’s letter that often creates unsettled feelings and discomfort for modern readers. There are two specific words that usually draw up strong emotions as we read and hear them. The first is the word submit and the second is bondservants. Let us look at the Scriptural usage and context of these words so that we may understand them rightly and in a God honoring way.
A Message from the Executive Committee
With the church’s fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, your newly constituted Executive Committee (EC) met for the first time on July 28, 2025. Besides the introductions, we also discussed the biggest challenges facing the EC and the church. There is agreement that those include:
