Shawnee campus is excited to restart the Psalm 150 tradition inviting children to come to join the band for the closing song on fourth Sundays of every month. Kid-friendly shakers, tambourines/timbrels are provided and dancing for the Lord is encouraged!

A Message from the Executive Committee
With the church’s fiscal year beginning July 1, 2025, your newly constituted Executive Committee (EC) met for the first time on July 28, 2025. Besides the introductions, we also discussed the biggest challenges facing the EC and the church. There is agreement that those include:

Blessing of the Backpacks August 10
August 10, 8:30 and 11am services at both campuses
Students and teachers of all ages are invited to bring their backpacks with them to worship on August 10th. At the end of the children’s message, we will bless the backpacks and pray for all those returning to school this year.
Noisy Collection August 10
The next noisy collection will take place on Sunday, August 10, at both campuses. Please bring your loose and “noisy” change and deposit it in the buckets on your way into the sanctuary for worship. The money collected will go to purchase school supplies for Rushton Elementary School.
True North VBS Recap – Trusting Jesus in This Wild World
True North VBS took kids on the ultimate Alaskan adventure, where the Northern Lights glow over majestic mountains, racing rivers, and glistening glaciers. As kids trekked the tundra, they explored how easy it is to lose sight of what’s true in our wild world today. Pointing them toward Jesus, True North VBS shows them that he is a faithful friend we can always trust. He’s our True North!

High School Youth Ministry at Trinity
High school is a time of new choices and sometimes uncertainty. At Trinity, our youth ministry helps students stay grounded as baptized children of God. We are adding a part-time Administrative Assistant to help support the organization and communication needs of our youth and family ministries. This role will focus on behind-the-scenes support such as scheduling, preparing for events, and helping keep communication running smoothly.
