Kindle Training Recap
The second in-person KINDLE event Beth attended was February 3rd-6th. Our time was spent in eight modules learning more about servant leadership, observing our environment, and sabbath living. I am incredibly thankful for this opportunity to grow in my skills and learn more about how we here at Trinity can pursue our walk with Jesus.
Lenten Mentoring
The season of Lent is almost here and a very important part of Confirmation at Trinity is the one-on-one mentoring in the season of Lent. It starts on March 5 and the last session is on April 9. Students have the opportunity to select someone who is not an immediate family member over the age of 18 who also follows Jesus. Congregation members can also inform one of the pastors or Beth if they are interested in adding their name to the mentor list to be matched with a confirmand.

God’s Field Is the World
by Pastor Ron Flentgen
Do you ever get tired of pulling weeds? I do. The job never seems to end during the growing season. One can wonder where they all come from. Sometimes in my zeal to get rid of them I have also pulled up good plants or demolished them with my Weed-eater. Life can be like that too. We may wonder where all the bad stuff comes from that infests the garden of life. It seems to never end.
