The congregation met on Sunday, June 25 at the Shawnee campus and via Zoom. Reports were given regarding progress toward our desired outcomes, expansion of the Shawnee campus, and progress by the senior pastor call committee. The proposed budget was approved for FY2023-2024. In addition, a Divine Call was extended to Daniel Jordan as “associate pastor- (deployed staff) KC Hispanic Ministry.” This Call is in conjunction with the Kansas District, and Daniel’s salary is paid by a mission grant from the district. Annual elections also took place, with the following individuals being elected: Patti Hare (president); Roark Ashie (secretary); Dale Larson (member-at-large). Pray that God would continue to bless Trinity congregation–“A Community Following Jesus.”
