New and Improved!
As most of you know, Trinity uses VANCO Payment Solutions for our online giving platform. If you have used online giving through Trinity’s website, you also know that the system uses an antiquated interface, i.e. it looks old and isn’t the easiest to use. VANCO has rolled out a new and improved user interface. But what does this mean for you?
1. The system has a greatly improved and updated look.
2. The system is easier to navigate.
3. Your login and password work just fine in the new interface.
4. Nothing is changing with your existing giving schedules.
Trinity rolled over to use the new interface on Thursday, October 12. Enjoy and embrace the change!
