This traditional German Christmas Market will be held outdoors on Friday, December 10th from 4:00-9:00pm and Saturday, December 11th from 11:00am-9:00pm on the 40-acre campus of Saint Paul Lutheran High School. We had over 40 vendors last year and nearly 2,000 visitors. We are anticipating an even bigger and better event this year!

Vendors Wanted
Interested in being a vendor? Our Vendor Application and Contract can be downloaded at splhs.org/events. There are NO direct sales allowed (Scentsy, Mary Kay, Tupperware, etc.). Ideas could include (but not limited to) handmade goods, quality crafts, wooden toys and artwork, ceramics and glassware, woolen items, knitted and embroidery items, Christmas decorations, ornaments and wreaths, as well as pre-packaged foods such as honey, salsa, jams and jellies, meats, cheeses, baked goods, etc. All applications will be reviewed by the Board of Directors for authenticity and appropriateness for a German Christmas market. Each plot is 12×12 feet and the application includes more information. Early Bird registration ($75) deadline is October 31st. Regular registration ($100) deadline is December 1st. Late registration ($125) is December 9th.
Entertainment Wanted
We are looking for quality groups performing Christmas music: various choral (mixed, women, men, youth, children, etc.), brass, percussion, dance, folk, guitar, and more to perform on the main stage during the Christkindlesmarkt. If you or a group have a talent you would like to share, we want to hear from you! There is no fee to perform. However, we do request that you submit a short video of a live performance to determine whether it is appropriate for the market’s festive and family-friendly atmosphere. The entire market and stage is outdoors, so you will need to provide your own sound equipment, if you wish to use it. Performances are scheduled every 30 minutes, so aim for a 20-minute performance.
