Poinsettia orders are now being taken to beautify the Mission sanctuary for Christmas. The poinsettia, also known as the Christmas Star or Christmas Flower, originated in Mexico and was named after Joel Roberts Poinsett, the first US ambassador to Mexico and an amateur botanist.
