At Kansas City United Church of Christ, in Brookside at 205 W 65th Street, KCMO. While you’re there, you can also visit the Kristkindl Markt (German Christmas market).
Children’s Christmas Worship rehearsals begin at both campuses Sunday, November 12, during the 9:45am Sunday School hour. If your child plans to participate, please plan to attend these rehearsals. We will assign parts on Sunday, November 12, and begin rehearsing.
Our theme for the Advent and Christmas seasons this year is “The Way Prepared.” Each week leading up to and including Christmas, utilizing the opening themes from each of the Gospel writers, we will explore how God has prepared the way for the coming of His Son, the promised Messiah.
Christmas comes a little early for our High Schoolers at Trinity. Make your plans to join us for the annual Christmas Youth Progressive Dinner. We will leave the Shawnee campus at 5 pm on December 10th and visit three different homes for an evening of fun, food, and fellowship.
We are in the midst of our final interviews of the three remaining candidates. Those will be all wrapped up this coming weekend. While choosing one will be difficult, we are comfortable with, and committed to, the prayerfully God-led process that has served us very well in bringing these three candidates to us.
