Trinity has had a long relationship in supporting Rushton Elementary School. They are now seeking support to work directly with students who need assistance in a couple of areas. We are looking for 3-4 volunteers. If you are interested, please contact Rhonda Synovec.

Brayden Yoder-Mulkey, band teacher at Liberty Memorial Central Middle School and AV manager for Trinity, received a surprise classroom visit by the Superintendent of Schools, district representatives, and Truity Credit Union who brought with them the news that he had been chosen as one of two of this year’s Horizon Award winners. The Kansas Horizon Award Program honors outstanding novice teachers that exemplify excellence in the classroom and leadership in their schools.

Lydia will be helping with communications, schedules, and all sorts of behind-the-scenes things going on in youth ministry at Trinity. Lydia and her husband, Carlos attend the Mission campus. Lydia has served a variety of roles in youth ministry including youth group leader, Mission Trip chaperone, Confirmation mentor, and Sunday morning Bible study leader.

While the Trinity Choir had its summer break, the Sunday morning traditional services at Mission were blessed by a variety of musicians who shared their gifts in worship. We give thanks for their service!

Shawnee campus is excited to restart the Psalm 150 tradition inviting children to come to join the band for the closing song on fourth Sundays of every month. Kid-friendly shakers, tambourines/timbrels are provided and dancing for the Lord is encouraged!
