Nearly 100 million Americans are expected to tune in to watch the Super Bowl. Many of them will be hosting or attending parties with abundant food, friendship and fellowship. At the same time, nearly 1 billion people will be hungry. Please join us in remembering the hungry this Super Bowl—and bring soup or any food items for The Mission Food Pantry housed at Trinity.
Bring your food items to church by Super Bowl Sunday, February 9!
The next noisy collection will take place on Sunday, January 19, at both campuses. Please bring your loose and “noisy” change and deposit it in the buckets on your way into the sanctuary for worship. The money collected will benefit the Mission Community Food Pantry.
The Mission Community Food Pantry is in need of plastic grocery bags. You may leave your donations at both the Mission and Shawnee campuses. We are asking ONLY for plastic grocery bags this time. They work best for our distribution.
Due to the holiday season, the December Mission Community Food Pantry distribution will be modified to the second and THIRD Thursdays in December. The dates are Thursday, December 8, and Thursday, December 15, from 4:00-6:00pm.
