Midweek Lenten Worship – March 12
Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
Thy kingdom come; Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven.
I am the Bread of Life.
On the Sundays of Lent, our sermons and worship will reflect the theme Knowing God: The Seven “I AM” Statements of Jesus. During this time, we will feature some of Trinity’s art collection that is related to this theme. Two pieces will be displayed at each campus, and partway through Lent they will trade places. The artworks that will be displayed are “Bread of Life” by Mary Kirk, “Holy Ground” by Dorothy Lightfoot, “I Am the Bread of Life” by Barry L. Kennedy, and “I Am” by Kerry Kellermeyer. Be sure to look for them on Sunday mornings!

Trinity has had an early communion practice for many years. During this class you and your youth (at least one parent must accompany your child) will have a chance to take an in-depth look at what the Sacrament of Holy Communion means and how it nourishes our faith life.
Thank you to everyone for your continued prayers, support, cards, and food. I have returned home and will begin cardiac rehab this week. As I continue my recovery, I will be focused on my health. I will also start some part-time work during the week as I can.
God has truly been my refuge and strength in all of this. I trust in His guidance and take comfort in the words from Psalm 31:14-15, “But I am trusting you, O Lord, saying, “You are my God!” My future is in your hands.”
Blessings
