Conversations about Sex and Porn
Part of what I get to do as the Youth Family Minister at Trinity is share resources and conversations about topics relevant to our community following Jesus. Children are able to intentionally or accidentally access porn more easily now than ever before. Research suggests that most students are first exposed to porn between 8-10 years old. We need to educate students in this harmful addictive behavior.
Seeking Youth Ministry Intern
Trinity Youth Ministry is looking for a Youth Ministry Intern! This exciting position has been formed to assist Beth Stephens in regular youth ministry programming throughout the school year.
Youth Mini Golf Recap
On Sunday afternoon, 10 of Trinity’s most talented mini golfers took to Smiley’s golf course. Everyone got some snacks for braving the intense Kansas heat for our youth group kickoff! And the Broncos won their game! Looking forward to seeing everyone next week at Shawnee for our normal time 6:30-7:30pm.
Photo Scavenger Hunt Recap
Three highly competitive teams took to Shawnee on Sunday evening for our annual Youth Photo Scavenger Hunt! There were proposals, pyramids, and serving. The ultimate winners were crowned after scoring a whopping 2,000 more points than the next team!
